Business Tools
Full Access adds documents, VAT records, refunds, payroll, bills due with card or cash payment tracking, payment status and cashflow tools. Dated cloud backups include a fresh safety copy before restoring a saved snapshot. VAT summaries use the business’s saved VAT registration and period settings and must be reviewed before filing. Prepare 2026–27 FPS and EPS XML body drafts for review; they are not complete submissions and are not sent to HMRC. Making Tax Digital for Income Tax submissions are not currently supported. 2027–28 payroll calculations and new payrolled-benefit fields are not supported yet. Defined Benefit Surplus payments are unsupported; HMRC’s 6 October 2026 guide requires indicator 360 and taxable surplus in FPS item 173. HMRC 2027–28 guidance. PAYE tax must be entered and checked manually.
Reports and records
Upload receipts, supplier invoices and platform statements from a focused panel in the account screen. The upload stays with the account section you are using; saved files appear in Business Tools and Document Centre, where you can choose View to open a file or Download to save it to your device.

Google Play release pending
The browser versions are available now. On Android, open an app above in Chrome and use Install app or Add to Home screen. On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Sign in with the same account used on this website. If an app feels slow, open its menu and choose Clear Cache; it removes temporary app files only and keeps saved entries, photos, receipts, statements and invoices.
Website-only payments
The Android apps do not collect subscription payments. They securely check the package purchased through this website.
